Our twenty-year-old roof had taken all it could from Florida sun, hurricanes, and wind. As it was clearly maintenance, the roof would be paid for by my wife and me. Yes, I also looked at dozens of roofing company reviews including worksites in my area to see for myself how the work crews were and even how long it took to complete the job.
When the time came to make the decision, R&K Certified Roofing came out on top. Should you choose R&K as we did, you will have struck gold. The owner, Mr. Ken Reed was amazing with his time, kindness, and especially integrity he gave to us. Mr. Reed was there each day to ensure the job was being done correctly and also to see if we had any concerns. (Of course we were very happy.)
A gentleman named "Doc" and the highly trained crew were extremely professional, kind, and very hard-working and we hope they enjoyed the cookies, brownies, and popsicles my wife gave to them each day.

Over the years I have relied on R&K more than once for my roof, and they have always shown up immediately and taken care of my issue easily and affordably. Last year I had damage from Milton that took almost a year to get taken care of due to my evil insurance company. Throughout the entire process, even when another leak came in from a summer storm, R&K were there for me. I've finally completed the insurance fight and my house is whole again, thanks to R&K! And the best part, other than my beautiful new roof and repaired siding, is that I was treated like family. They empathized with my horrible situation and went out of their way to work with me and my public adjuster. I would literally NEVER consider another company as long as I own a house in this town. These days, it's very hard to find a company that still cares about the person in the business deal. But, it's something this company does without blinking twice. Thank you again, R&K!
